4 X 2 Meme

I found this over at Servant and Steward and invited myself to participate. (How arrogant of me!)

Here are the rules: Share four things that were new to you in the past four years. Four things you learned or experienced or explored for the first time in the past four years. Then share four things you want to try new in the next four years.

Four New Things in the Past Four Years:

1). Only slightly outside the timeframe...I bought my first house, a townhome, Feb. 2003. I still live here.
2). I discerned an earthshaking call to discern religious life. Apparently it's ongoing but don't take it seriously. This is just an aftershock.
3). I began teaching RCIA and also served as a Sponsor, humbled by God in service to fulfill a lifelong dream for a 60 year old woman who has always wanted to be Catholic.
4). I had a breast cancer scare.

Four Things in the Next Four Years:

1). I hope to get my MTS degree in Pastoral Theology if Our Lady convinces God to pay for it.
2). I will leave my job, willingly or unwillingly, but in any case it will be a blessing.
3). I hope to become a serious writer, and with that a faithful voice for the Church.
4). I will turn 33 this year. That was a bad year for Jesus. With everything that's been going on in my life...well...I'm not sure I wanna be like Jesus. But if my 33rd year ends like his did, then I'll be canonized the future patron saint of the long-winded.

Oh-no! Why don't you ever tag me with the easy ones like "Top 5 lazy things you do Meme" or the "Why You are So despressed Meme?" or the "Why do you whine so Meme?"

OK....what are the top 5 lazy things you do?

What does "despressed" mean, and why are you despressed?

And why DO you whine so?

:-)

This one wasn't so hard.

I'm not procrastinating, I'm out looking for a real soul-bearing meme for you, Adoro.

You guys have got me revealing all those things that I have spent a lifetime being kept hidden. And I've got a brother who reads this stuff. Fortunately, he doesn't know where I do a lot of commenting.

Hey! Sorry it took me so long to respond to your mimi. I'll get on it right away. Even if you are a Neocath RadTrad.
