I was disappointed in the response of the Chancery's spokesperson, however, I had faith that the Archbishop himself was being underrepresented. He did not disappoint!
Personally, I think it's high time that some housecleaning take place at the chancery...and those without a backbone should be the first to go. In this culture of relativism and death, we have no need for those afraid to speak the Truth...and the Archbishop deserves the respect of those who are willing to speak for him just as clearly as he speaks for Jesus Christ.

Being Archbishop these days is not an easy task. Especially when you are expected to keep it ten or 15 years after most folks are retiring.
I was thrilled too, to see that the Archbishop still is ready and willing to defend his flock.
And the attacks on the Church are becoming stronger, more brazen and more frequent, so God grant him the strength to keep going.
