Adoro te devote, latens Deitas, quae sub his figuris vere latitas: tibi se cor meum totum subjicit, quia te contemplans totum deficit.

Godhead here in hiding, whom I do adore,
Masked by these bare shadows, shape and nothing more,
See, Lord, at thy service low lies here a heart,
Lost, all lost in wonder at the God thou art.
Visitors - Come on in and say hello!

:-(
It's cold out, there's a dusting of snow on the ground (in my neighborhood), and there's an upside-down frownie-face in the sky.
I'm not sure if that's more indicative of God's sense of humor or His sense of irony.
The sideways frownie face was the crescent moon with Jupiter and Mars close by it. I dragged the little ones outside last night to take a look. (I'd heard about it from Thomas Peter's blog.) My youngest called it a "sad face." I hadn't noticed! The other three of us cocked our heads to the side and realized that she was right! I think it's evidence that God is obviously in tune with the on-line culture, using whatever He can to get our attention. "Hey, guys, over here!!"
Saint ~ It was much advertised that this celestial event would be happening. I actually went out, and turned upside-down so I could get a good look! lol
IN HOC SIGNO VINCES?
